都好耐冇喺中午打邊爐,知道呢間係新開張嘅分店,原來之前係其他地方嘅分店都已經結業,聽講換咗背後嘅管理人員,所以裝修格調都提升左,喺又一城呢個咁高級嘅商場。午市套餐都有唔同嘅選擇,傳統重慶火鍋或者日式壽喜燒都係$228,唔打邊爐仲可以選擇一啲午市套餐。因為太太唔食得辣椒,所以嗌咗兩個唔辣嘅鴛鴦鍋。佢哋將所有醬料都放喺枱上,而佢哋嘅麻油係獨立密封罐封住,真係幾香。食物擺設得好精美,食在睇落都幾高級,牛小排脂肪分布平均,唔會太肥,主內少少亦都唔會老,好有牛肉味。鹿兒島黑毛豬五花腩,肥脂有陳陳甘香,肉質有少少彈牙,質素10分高。雞肉同豬頸肉都有水準。烏冬同紅薯粉高水平。蔬菜豆腐拼盤上面兩款蔬菜都好新鮮,食落爽甜。
