To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

重慶酸辣粉我係好少食嘅，但係今日經過雲桂香，見到重慶酸辣粉於是乎我就叫嚟試下。真係好辣呀....我唔知正宗嘅味道係點樣， 但係感覺到又酸又麻， 每食一啖我都好想再食多啖， 真係好惹味好刺激。我個人覺得，唔需要加咩餸, 因為都係同一種嘅味道$28，間中可以食下， 腸胃唔好嘅人呢就會肚痛㗎喇。小知識，原來重慶酸辣粉是重慶城區廣為流傳的一種漢族地方傳統名小吃，歷來就是重慶人的最愛之一 。如果經過最緊要去試下，睇下啱唔啱你胃口
