由西班牙返黎都已經個月,自己玩完都好想帶下屋企人試下西班牙既食物。朋友話有一間係尖沙咀唔錯既,今日就BOOK 左枱帶埋兩佬試下。 食西班牙餐,當然要食風乾火腿啦。今次叫左個 “西班牙16個月白毛豬火腿配蒙查高羊奶芝士脆多士”,好長既名。呢隻火腿同芝士都未試過,緊係試一試。上一次係香港食既都係用生果配,第一次用多士既方式食。風乾火腿好香,同我係巴塞球場VIP房食既有似,仲一D都唔油,加埋芝士又唔會好咸,多士脆但唔會硬,好夾,仲有我最愛既橄欖。呢個頭盤唔錯。為左俾屋企人試多D唔同既嘢,我叫左TASTING PLATTER拼盤有豬仔骨,辣椒八爪魚, 黑松露雞肉卷, 蟹肉金卷, 芝士豬肉丸。八爪魚其實又唔係好辣,但好好口感,一開始以為係生既,但唔係,原來係低温慢煮過,同平時餐廳食開既好唔同,肉汁完全保留到。蟹肉金卷真係好吸睛,全部人都望住左佢呆一呆。忍唔住要問下係咩,聽到係海藻蓉加金箔,真係好金….食落去同平時既皮有D唔同,QQ地,無咩味,所以要加埋個饀一齊食,蟹肉加牛油果好好味。黑松露雞肉卷好好食,春卷皮好脆,雞肉又好嫩,加埋好香既黑松露係一流既前菜。再加左一個橄欖油蒜片蝦因為爸爸好鍾意食蝦
