To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上個月重新開張後，終於有時間來這傳聞已久的花之戀創始店，果然換人經營之後無論食材或料理都是水準之上品，愛魚女(鮎並)刺身新鮮度讓人很驚艷，每一口的都是嚴選之品。 當然不可以放過它的出名之作花之戀，口感很棒三文魚非常鮮甜蟹籽更是沒在手軟的添加。 另外也嘗試了新作之-灸左口魚邊壽司這是一道即食之作而那入口即化的油脂感幸福到無法言語，新作之-火龍卷是由整隻龍蝦肉與牛油果及蟹籽組合呈現壽司卷，鮮甜飽滿的龍蝦肉大大滿足呀。整條加賀太街充滿著日式風格數個包間更是別具一格其隱私性非常適合三五好友私密聚會。
