To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在這嚴峻的環境下都落重本裝修,真的不能不配服幕後主理人的勇氣。今日同三個同事來飲茶,發現裝修過後地方係乾淨同光猛左好多。點心小菜同以往大同小異,價錢仲好似平左少少tim。叫了四人套?,有個迷你冬瓜盅、半隻沙薑雞、三個點心、一個小菜同一個炒飯。冬瓜盅都不算太迷你,每人都可吃倒兩碗,但就幾多味精;沙薑雞雖是冰鮮貨但幾嫩滑,都OK;三款點心是燒賣、牛肉燒賣和潮州粉果,俱有水準但沒有得選擇;小菜叫了時菜扣花膠,花膠幾厚身不欺場;最後的魚香炒米粉幾大碟,味道都OK;最後仲送埋紅豆沙。埋單$240,位位60蚊幾經濟,又食得幾飽,難怪重開仲係咁旺場。
