也許受韓風影響,家中成員都想吃韓國燒烤,這間餐廳的外圍裝修頗別緻,放滿金色的大水煲,而內裏的裝修都是與一般的韓式烤肉店一樣,圓檯上有烤爐,上有抽氣煙卣,像汽油桶的座椅。餐前端來的泡菜和小食,有辣有唔辣,皆能收開胃之效。而飲品有酒類或果汁,家中各人都選了來自韓國的果汁,印象中在數年前首爾之旅喝過,有提子,桃和最愛喝之梨汁。每檯還備有一勺冰凍玄米茶,正好在吃過烤肉後喝,降溫兼清熱。開爐前,端了一小碟芝士碎來,放爐邊慢烤至溶,給肉類蘸點用。烤豬肉,帶點油花,味道醃得不錯,女兒愛辣,加些泡菜,用生菜葉包著,頓成泡菜豬肉包。烤特級雪花牛肉,牛肉肉質雖然比豬肉稍帶嚼勁,但也肉味較濃,整家都愛吃牛肉,雪花牛肉,油香四溢,肉味甘香,加蒜片、蒜鹽,勁好吃。烤牛排骨,到韓國烤肉店必吃項目,廚師已預先細心地將肉從肋骨輕裁成一卷布狀的肉,並界十字花,以減低牛肋肉之纖維韌度,連骨的肉,通常肉味較佳,牛肋肉,肉質和肉味都靠得住。韓式烤鰻魚,鰻魚來自韓國統營,魚身較一般白鱔細,但肉質較幼嫩和濃味,不腥,外皮烤焦更香。烤雞肉,店員細心慢烤,肉汁仍保持,香滑細嫩,加溶芝士,好味。吃罷幾款肉食,還是欠缺點甚麼,多點一個烤

吃罷幾款肉食,還是欠缺點甚麼,多點一個烤五花腩,肥瘦相間之豬腩肉最是令人迷醉,肉香和油膏香被火的熱力迫了出來,肉質還帶點爽,吃時加些洋蔥圈,味道更顯凸出。

常擔心吃烤肉會飲食不均衡,其實只要每吃一件肉都用生菜葉、芝麻葉包著吃,加些醬料,不知不覺間,吃了很多菜葉,也很健康。
