上回在 Westwood Carvery 享用晚膳已是年多前的事。適逢父親節,父親們對烤肉也有相當興趣, Westwood Carvery 絕對是一個好選擇。 今趟安座餐廳下層,相比上層用餐區,下層感覺略為擠擁一點。 以 Grilled Vegetable Salad 作頭盤,有別於一般菜蔬沙律,此菜式以不同顏色的瓜菜拼湊而成,內含茄子、意大利青瓜、紅燈籠椒、黃瓜等等。選材優質健康,輕以醋汁引味,甜中帶酸味道不俗。Fisherman's Crab Cakes 以蟹肉、蝦肉及墨魚打碎拌勻而成,並以檸汁調味。蟹餅蟹肉豐足是值得欣賞的地方,但酸感稍強則不太合個人口味。Fried Calamari 屬香口炸物,外脆內彈,蘸點蒜香醬吃十分惹味。 Signature USDA Prime Rib (Mega Cut) 是餐廳的招牌菜,以低溫慢煮方式炮製,肉色粉嫩,肉味濃香,尤其是近邊帶脂質的位置,食感更軟更可口。唯一美中不足的地方,是肉汁稍嫌不足,幸好對肉眼的口感沒多大影響。 Slow-Roasted Beef Short Rib 是另一招牌菜,以原條牛肋條入爐慢烤。相比 Prime Rib,S
