Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好久沒有在這裡飲茶,應該有10年多時間,估唔到她(美心酒樓)仲健在.今早,有點私事要往上環辦,於是,突然想起這個舊朋友,於是便去探一探她,看她是否寶刀未老.和阿寶搭港鐵在A2出口步出郵政局,再經過皇后碼頭舊址(依家變咗地盤),漫步往大會堂,上3樓便到達.因都頗多人排隊,等了約半小時才可入內.坐下來便取了(這裡是有姐姐推車仔叫賣點心的)幾籠點心吃:蝦餃: 有兩隻蝦,做得很鮮味;蒸鮮竹卷:個汁好重蠔油味,腐竹盡吸收了獻汁的精華,好好食;煎蘿蔔糕:有濃濃的蘿蔔味,不會粉多過蘿蔔;流沙飽:雖然不是最好,但做得不錯,入口剛好,奶黃不燙口亦不凍;炸蝦角:夠熱,好香口;白糖倫教糕—估不到,在這裡可以吃到兒時常吃的甜點,好清甜,沒有酸味,高手之作.重遇故人,證明不但沒有退步,服務亦好過以前(其實以前已經好好).心滿意足地離去,好似聽到她說:何日君再來?一定會再來.這裡有很多外國人幫襯,他們真識食.

白糖倫教糕—估不到,在這裡可以吃到兒時常吃的甜點,好清甜,沒有酸味,高手之作.


重遇故人,證明不但沒有退步,服務亦好過以前(其實以前已經好好).

心滿意足地離去,好似聽到她說:何日君再來?

一定會再來.

這裡有很多外國人幫襯,他們真識食.
