移居外國嘅朋友,返嚟香港探親,榮幸都抽到時間相聚。記得以前有段時間,撞啱我哋都喺紅磡返工,所以一個月總會有幾日約午餐飯聚,其中祥榮餐廳係我哋其中一間飯堂。闊別多年,原來餐廳啱啱新裝修完,差啲唔認得添,好彩味道依舊,讓她重拾久違港式味道。羅宋湯店員極力推介嘅羅宋湯,仲話係祥榮餐廳嘅名物,果然名不虛傳!港式嘅羅宋湯,帶有酸同辣嘅味道,加上蕃茄同各種蔬菜,夠晒足料,味道極有層次。古法蒸黃立倉估唔到咁佬嘅嘢,佢都啱?佢話外國啲魚味好淡,所以返香港一定要食魚。祥榮餐廳嘅魚鮮係每日下午5點新鮮送到,所以黃立倉嘅肉好鮮嫩,加上冬菇、肉絲嘅古法蒸,魚嘅味道更為豐富,而且加上蒸魚豉油之後,非常惹味。蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒甜甜嘅蜜糖味,令牛柳料多咗份焦香味,而且肉質好淋唔韌,每粒都有蜜糖嘅甜味,配菜有三色椒,除左可以令顏色靚之餘,增加香甜嘅味道。
