To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近日稻香launch咗唔少特價優惠,當中以下午茶平最多,好多點心都割引割引再割引,價錢上的確跑贏咗元朗唔少酒樓。雖然價錢係就係平咗,但係對於食品既質素,就要有定心理準備,付出十分耕耘都未必有一分收穫,何況只係俾出一分錢,又豈會得到七分貨?首先要講既就係我到各大小酒樓都必點既菜苗餃,食落去無法俾出任何反應,只能講出一個長十米闊十米既「吓」字,因為菜苗餃竟然加薑係入面,真係千奇百趣,oh oh oh oh my O 唇。跟住就係價值八個八銀錢既叉燒米線,一如所料,叉燒係啲冇人要既地帶,例如肥位或者邊皮燶晒既位,實屬增肥良品,減磅人士切勿以身試線。酥皮焗餐包,冇咩特別,唔係難食但又唔算太好食,因為同出面其他地方相差唔大。煎花枝餅,味道係唔錯,但係有太多「沙角乙明」,有太多沙葛同馬蹄,口感上顯得格格不入。最後就係燒賣,點到呢個燒賣彷彿係淘寶買野買到正貨一樣,十蚊燒賣有大大粒蝦,強力推介俾一眾兄弟!最後好簡單概括一句,當食點心放題重量不重質,呢度可以滿足到大家,但如果真係想食啲靚啲既點心,都係出邨吧啦。
