To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

芝士肉醬千層麵, 即叫即做, 所以都要等一陣先有得食, 擺低熱辣辣, 有好香芝士味, 外層焗薯蓉脆脆地又夠細滑, 叉開裡面有漏汁的芝士夾肉醬, 味道非常之夾, 不過有肉醬有點咸, 如果鐘意味濃的人一定會好岩食坦白講, 呢個麵係好好食, 不過如果一個人黎食, 除非好肚餓, 又或者係本身好大食, 如果唔係一定食唔晒. 首先芝士、肉醬、千層麵, 三樣都係好「漏」, 擺埋一齊就漏上加漏, 然後面層仲要有大大pat焗薯蓉....真係食到一半就已經有handle唔到的感覺, 建議用朋友一齊黎, 然後加一, 兩個小食, 應該就好ok了
