去粉麵鋪首選就係魚角(無就選擇牛筋或雪吞),貪佢轉角位應該脆D,多D皮可以食。講咗個炸魚角河粉,上枱時見碗河粉幾清淡,其次就係五大粒的魚角,脹泡泡,友人都羨慕嘅語氣話"發大咗,好大粒",再落埋辣椒油(佢都有辣蒜蓉醬),就開餐。河粉唔會太碎,魚角咬落係彈牙,並且帶著重重的魚香味,每食一啖,心情就加培嘅舒暢,完全滿足了我這個愛魚之人!
