一月中旬話說首回牛脇骨煲味太輕盈,次回壓陣的「牛魔皇」,香茅汁牛脇骨煲,周五夜以肉居多,周一夜則是滿鍋子都是牛筋,食友客氣的送來滿滿一碗炆得黏潤帶點辛香的牛筋,說真的,四回嚐牛脇骨,還是首次吃得到這部分,而這回醬汁味道較周五辛辣,味道也較為重一點,粵廚添油加醬,從來是看心情多於法度。至於分量,是絕對的較從前小,可能是坐散檯的關係吧?
