To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐大部分人都是外賣,所以堂食反而不用等候。我要了椰菜豬肉水餃豬骨湯米線,聽名字就知道材料豐富。很快就上菜。大概有五、六只水餃,大碗米線。水餃個頭很大,但味道一般,個人並不太喜歡,覺得有點像走超市買的速凍水餃;豬骨湯味道很清淡,嚐不出有豬骨的味道,米線口感很好,竟是米線專門店。另外,湯中還有很多椰菜,算是青菜也吃到了。其實水餃米線有兩種:韭菜豬肉和椰菜豬肉;我喜歡韭菜,但又怕午餐吃完嘴裡會留味道;但椰菜真的很一般。整體口味淡,於是我加了很多辣椒油繼續吃,辣椒油很不錯,不算太辣但加到湯中很香。四十元這麼一大碗,還是不錯啦。很餓所以吃的很著急,快吃完才想起來拍照,大家湊合看吧嘻嘻
