金兜金兜,名字真好,其實完全無留意呢家飯店既存在,但我幾鍾意行灣仔街市,貪佢有不同種類既乾貨買,但行到黄昏又攰又肚餓,竟然俾我見到呢間中菜館。見有多款懷舊菜式,即刻和老伴走入去試菜。入到去見到近窗口有一排卡位,地方装修感覺有點懷舊氣息,點都好,民以食為先。坐低先開一壺上等龍井,再叫侍應落order,先嚟一隻北京填鴨,稔性食唔晒都可以打包攞走,但鴨皮切得薄薄不帶肥肉,而填鴨經悉心醃製烤焗後,入口味道濃郁香脆,雖然有紫菜青瓜大葱配食,但我喜歡一片一片把香脆鴨皮淨食,因其味道絕不肥膩。再吃紐西蘭蟶子王,稱得上蟶子王梗係size有番咁上下,大大隻蟶子王用羗葱粉絲清蒸,蟶子肉入口爽嫩,味道新鮮,點少少豉油就更能帶出蟶子的鮮味。蝦子柚皮,我必食的懷舊菜式之一,因這道蝦子柚皮烹調功夫繁複,曾於家中試煑,才清楚明白箇中的釀製過程,這裹的蝦子柚皮厚厚的,但绝無苦澀味道,柚皮上灑滿蝦子粉,這道懷舊菜式值得推介。龍蝦湯西施泡飯,金黄的湯底帶有極濃的龍蝦和米通味道,用津菜,大蝦和帶子作配料食材,味道有海鮮的鮮味,亦帶有米通的香味,泡飯入口粒粒爽,一食就食了二大碗。食飽埋單仲有新鮮時令生果贈送,真係服務週到。食
