To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

記得之前朋友生日已來過🎂咁耐沒有來😌今次再到訪原來已經換上新面貌，裝潢好優雅；座位舒適，環境乾淨企理，另一邊牆上有可愛動物圖案🐱餐牌上食物都多元化菜式，睇吓我地點咗乜？🔸️原來餐廳會安排每枱客都有杯免費Welcome drink🤩味道酸酸甜甜好清新🍸再附上鬆軟餐包🥖🔸️油封法國鵪鶉脾及粟子肉質好嫩滑配埋柚子蜜味道很夾😋🔸️熱溶法國流心芝士沙律🧀廚師會係我地面前將🧀熱溶芝士刮落沙律面上🤩已經聞到芝士味道好濃烈，但吃落反而又唔太過濃，不過要快些食，唔係就會硬成一片🤪沙律入面有黑毛火腿🐖雞肉火腿、沙樂美腸、火箭菜、蕃茄仔、薯仔等。。吃到主菜當然再點多2杯白酒啦🥂🔸️西班牙黑毛豬鞍及豬面油炸薯仔2大塊厚切黑毛豬鞍份量十足，燒到剛剛好，肉質幾嫩，炸薯又不油膩🥔🔸️日本黑舞茸菇意大利飯飯粒被濃濃嘅黑舞茸菇忌廉汁包圍，味道非常香濃，口感好Creamy 🔸️甜品🍫焦糖朱古力慕斯蛋糕濃郁朱古力味，入口細膩而幼滑😋總括餐廳食物高質，店員非常nice，忙碌中仲可以好有禮service每枱客人👍👍
