To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾年前朋友喺「LAB EAT Restaurant & Bar」同我食過生日飯,今年就到我同佢嚟呢度食🎂。年頭因為疫情,晚市禁堂食,搞到我哋遲咗幾個月先見。我印象中餐廳環境無乜點變,不過餐牌好似就唔同咗。網上訂枱有75折優惠🈹,但只限單點菜式。我哋睇來睇去,最終都係揀咗二人晚市套餐($1,288),計返好似抵食過散叫,而且入面啲菜式都啱食。未正式上菜前,店員先為我哋送上香檳同餐包。扁身嘅麵包暖暖哋,幾軟熟🥖;而枝Moet & Chandon香檳就係跟餐配埋嘅🍾️,放工小酎一杯實屬開心事。新鮮生蠔,我本身唔特別好食蠔,但個餐包咗就試試啦。🦪呢度嘅生蠔OK啵,對我嚟講最緊要係唔腥,第二就係佢都算幾肥美。我本身諗住食唔到就比朋友,但結果我係食咗兩隻㗎😛。煙燻意大利沙甸魚及香醋魚籽,呢個前菜幾有西班牙風味🇪🇸,又好似莎莎。脆皮入面放有沙甸魚粒、蕃茄粒、洋蔥粒同香醋魚籽,夾埋食個汁又酸酸哋,幾開胃🐟。輕煎半熟北海道帶子配菠菜蓉,我估計餐廳係選用刺身級嘅帶子,輕煎令佢保持喺半熟狀態,味道非常鮮甜🤤。底部鋪上菠菜蓉,好睇又好食🌿。牛肝菌湯,湯品夠熱無得輸🔥,牛肝菌味道超濃郁,口感亦好稠厚,似係用咗大量

澳洲M5和牛牛柳配法國鴨肝,🥩食西餐又點少得牛扒呢?雖然佢係牛柳,無肉眼嗰啲咁大塊,但貴精不貴多嘛。牛柳外層富有炭燒嘅香氣,而肉身呈粉紅色,肉質唔嚡,達到我哋要求嘅五成熟。至於鴨肝就係一如所料嘅入口即溶。

西班牙紅蝦及海膽意粉配魚子醬,🍝意粉嘅配料好豐富,包括西班牙紅蝦、海膽同魚子醬,簡直可以講係每啖都食緊好西。不過其實意粉本身個汁都已經好重蝦香🦐,幾正,但如果選用再幼身啲嘅麵條就可以更掛汁。

廚師每日精選甜品包括提拉米蘇紅莓雪葩,兩樣味道都唔錯,而且仲好啱我口味添🙆‍♀️。Tiramisu芝士層好厚,所以口感好滑,但酒味再濃啲就更佳☕️。雪葩好冰凍,紅莓好酸,不過係一個幾夾嘅組合🍧。

總括嚟講,呢間金巴利道著名西餐廳嘅食物質素確係幾高😋,價錢貴就貴咗啲,但都總算令人滿意,加上大時大節食一次都OK嘅🍽。
