To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物味道: 做出金殿水準，點心和餸菜都能做到色香味俱全，而且有好多與別家中菜餐廳唔同嘅選擇，如果賣相再加多一啲心思就更加有殿堂級的感覺。食物份量: 份量真係幾大，每碟餸都足夠四個人享用，點心就多以三人為限。價錢: 酒店嚟講就算係合適，當然比對普通中菜館，一定算係貴價了。環境: 雖然唔算得上金碧輝煌，但感覺舒服，訂位的話不妨要求窗口位，景觀更佳。服務: 一流酒店服務，無得彈👍🏻回頭指數(10分滿分): 10分
