To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金牌排骨話說黎水街等食流沙西多。點知要等成五十張枱。個肚打緊鼓梗係搵啲野食住先。行落少少見呢到都爆場。就叫個外賣食住等。招牌有排骨梗係要叫排骨啦。方便食就叫左排骨粗炒。廚房效率高。KEEP住入單都KEEP住出貨。個零字到就交貨。行黎上去一打開。又幾香喎。先咬件排骨。個皮酥脆唔過厚。肉質鬆中帶勁。咬落肉汁唔少。粗炒係真係炒唔係醬油焯。上色平均。雖然鑊氣冇乜但係有唔少面條都有落過鑊。受過火既微焦香。重點係盒底冇油!計埋杯豆腐五十有找。食得過!
