To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係度食過嘅沙嗲,真係第度食唔到,嗰種沙嗲應有既香味,滑溜既湯,試過就知道正(香氣四溢),問了老闆,原來係有多年歷史嘅秘製沙嗲,前身仲係九龍城出晒名既金記火鍋(超過三十年),係度食,的確好有風味同親切感,仲有要提下,呢度d手切肥牛,係老闆親自手切,刀法厲害👍🏻,睇得出老闆的出品,係誠意呀。同埋老闆真係好好,如果想食乜嘢海鮮或者特別d既食材,例如E家時令大閘蟹等等⋯,只要提早通知預訂,基本上都備妥,真心顧客至上,所以比滿分㗎。
