要慳住食又要食得滿足,任食係不二之選!今晚選擇到尖東的老牌酒樓任食火鍋,平日夜晚價錢抵到爛,$200任飲任食,而食材亦有質素,環境同服務亦到位!湯底有多款選擇,有冬陰功,沙爹,平果雪梨,我選了豬骨湯。一鍋湯內有4舊大豬骨,一定會留肚啜豬骨頭,食軟骨,有滿滿的骨膠原啊!食材方面,一定要推介白鱔片,白鱔算係中上價錢食物,一條要$2xx,好少會有得任食,當然唔會放過呢個良機!先試一份,薄切,爽,脆,至怕食到霉林的養鱔,而且食到白鱔獨特的魚味,之後瘋狂再點567份!喜歡食滿滿脂肪牛的就必食牛胸油!稀有貴價,而且多牛脂,超香牛油味!另外手打麻辣牛丸亦相當出色,唔會好辣,淡淡的麻香又彈牙!
