朋友住在將軍澳的嘉悅,今晚相約她家居樓下的「陳儀興飯店」飯聚。飯店裝潢平實,主打潮式打冷,服務招呼週到,原來於1963年創立。朋友是飯堂常客,由她點菜最好不過了!糖醋煎麵~外脆內軟的雙麵黃,蘸上陳醋白糖一起吃,簡單卻食味動人!碧綠川椒雞~嫩滑的雞肉帶有香濃、微麻的川椒味道,伴著炸得輕盈薄脆的珍珠葉,非常冶味可口!黃金雞軟骨~細細粒的雞軟骨,被「黃金」重重的包裹,這些要吮骨其實是吮取鹹蛋黃和牛油的甘香,雖然十分魔鬼,但美味當前,就當一陣子的魔鬼吧!脆盞拔絲咕嚕肉~咕嚕肉鮮嫩軟腍,甜酸味道剛好,這道小菜一改慣用的菠蘿,是選用香桃。免費奉客的綠豆清心丸~是我們的至愛甜湯,綠豆扁、清心丸分別有粉糯與軟滑口感,滑溜溜質感的甜湯,甜度適中,百吃不厭!
