To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

踏入蟹季時節,十月蟹肥正飄香,在剛過去的十一假期,我就來到位於灣仔的灣景國際The Harbourview 灣景廳品嚐「蟹」之風味宴自助晚餐,來一頓鮮味無窮的豐盛蟹宴。餐廳環境寬敞,座位之間不會排得太擠,店員勤快收碟執拾,坐得舒服自在。自助餐勝在花款多,同枱食飯也可各自「修行」,香港人吃buffet 最在意就是要吃到回本,這裡的海鮮吧款式夠多,回本之餘又可食盡海上鮮。集合各種優質的海產如生蠔、雪花蟹腳、麵包蟹等,海鮮控必能大飽口福。冰鎮加拿大雪花蟹腳碩大肥美,蟹肉雪白細膩,鎖住原始鮮甜海味。生蠔肉身非常肥美,肉質厚實爽滑,海水味濃烈,蠔味留在口腔久久不散。魚生夠鮮美,肉質油潤而軟滑,帶出鮮甜的魚味。梳乎厘焗羊肚菌及加菲蟹濃湯酥皮湯平時就喝得多了,但將梳乎厘配濃湯就很罕見,創意十足,每位只限一盅,即叫即製熱辣辣送上,烤完後膨得高高,相機食先後就要趕快趁熱吃,吃下去軟綿綿富蛋香。濃湯內有加菲蟹拆肉,鮮黃的湯頭入口鮮甜黏口,相當香滑。雪花蟹鉗杯賣相精緻的凍湯,帶有蕃茄酸香,作為開胃前菜就是最好不過。熱盤亦有不同風味的蟹品菜式,滿足蟹迷的口腹之欲。牛油果蟹肉鍋巴將蟹肉、牛油果等材料打成軟滑的果
