To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 金記冰室-老香港特色冰室近日在太古城看電影後,發現了一間新開張的餐廳,門面發白光的招牌,配上紅綠藍透光箱的假天花,份外有80年代荔園的味道,一看原來是一間港式懷舊冰室,店內都是港人耳熟能詳的經典菜式。鐵板三色扒配白飯經典鐵板餐,集三色扒:牛扒、豬扒、雞扒,醬汁有黑椒汁、蒜茸汁、燒汁選擇,燒熱的鐵板加上熱騰騰的醬汁,「炸炸」熟悉的聲音,牛扒肉汁夠,熟度剛剛好;豬扒大大塊,抵食之選;雞扒嫩滑,油份油脂夠。黑松露蝦球炒蛋配白飯幼滑炒蛋,蛋炒至半熟,配上海量多大大粒蝦球,彈牙又鮮味,最後加上黑松露,濃郁的松露香,令整個炒蛋的味道加出、蝦味更鮮。焗鮮茄濃汁豬扒飯傳統口味焗飯之選,海量多的熱溶芝士加蕃茄醬,厚切的豬扒,肉質軟身肉汁夠,正宗蛋炒飯飯底,炒飯炒得粒粒分明,正!綿滑蛋白杏仁茶淡淡的茶香,加上甜度適中的杏仁味和綿滑的蛋白。
