To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨日返老爸家吃晚飯,發現廚房的一角有一盒具有懷舊色彩的月餅盒,很有特色。一問之下,原來是中秋節時我吃得津津樂道的「金記」月餅仲記得啲咸蛋黃好香,唔乾水,起晒沙,正到痺!當時的 我還以為吃著某大型連鎖西餅店的月餅呢~認真望下個盒......1967年~😱原來「金記冰室」已經有好多年歷史,唔怪得老爸要keep住個月餅盒留念啦!「低糖雙黃白蓮蓉月餅」:一盒四件,近三百元一盒。咸蛋黃好白,白蓮蓉唔太甜。唔理係邊間酒樓、餅店出品既月餅,我最關心既係生產地!老實說,「香港製作」既我會有信心好多,寧願貴少少,好過食壞肚啦😑

唔理係邊間酒樓、餅店出品既月餅,我最關心既係生產地!老實說,「香港製作」既我會有信心好多,寧願貴少少,好過食壞肚啦😑
