To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近唔太敢食魚生，就試下啲熟食嘅便當啦 叫左份吉列豬扒清湯烏冬 —— 雖然個湯真係好清 😂 又冇乜配料，但個烏冬係煙韌嘅，當清清地咁食都尚可。塊豬扒炸得好靚，肉質唔錯，但呢塊好多大大舊嘅肥膏。。。我地唔太中意食肥就覺得一般啦睇餐牌見到個南蠻雞便當係攞過金賞大獎嘅，就一於試試佢啦！沙律菜新鮮，玉子燒好食唔會過甜（我好怕啲玉子燒甜到好似食緊甜品咁），個人口味麻麻地個應該係紫薯同薯仔沙律，但其實係唔差嘅。重點！塊雞炸得好好好好食！皮脆肉嫩，咬落去仲係好juicy！面頭有啲甜甜地似沙律醬，同件雞同啲珍珠米好夾！推介！
