To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首次在平日的午飯時間在金鐘出現因我不用上班，便來這裡陪老公吃午飯超多上班族光顧這餐廳！見到一部份上班族都買外賣這裡幾乎沒有位子，只是幸運的很快等到座位～我和老公分別點了扁意粉和雙併燒味飯～大蝦蘑菇燴意粉，蝦的份量不多，而且都是雪藏蝦仁蘑菇的份量則多一些，扁意粉則份量十足！意粉醬汁偏向西西里醬汁一類味道較蕃茄汁為淡所以整體的配料味道都偏淡吃慣濃味的，可能會覺得這意粉幾乎無味～好處就是，吃這麼大碟也不會覺膩！！雙併燒味飯，油雞+燒鴨油雞和燒鴨的色澤均勻，而且啖啖肉！肉質雖不至嫩滑，但亦不粗糙！整碗燒味飯不會太淡或太鹹，味道恰好～～總括而言，食物的味道不過不失～
