To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期已欽點Canteen做午飯之地, 今日落上午果堂, 問得多野. 令中午得番九個字我要finish.只有快餐店的金鐘海富一帶要食個quick lunch 不是難事, 行出HKU Space 電梯, 海富大堂就黎.美心集團燒味正就唔講, 燒味部有十多人排隊, 另選擇其他食物部. 星期日, 少了金鐘yuppy, 等野食, 找位子, 好快.今日叫了個薯仔排骨, 對Canteen 食物質素沒有疑問, 成個薯仔排骨好入味, 顧客不多時, 總會覺得個廚會用多左心去做好呢份工.Canteen 的燒味的確是一流, 看看十個有八個都係燒味, 亦可能中午個燒味餐抵食吧.下星期有時間行一行出中信或過大佛口, 且看下回弟解啦!
