To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在金鐘上班的人士都會知道平日的lunch hour有多群情洶湧,金鐘的餐飲選擇不多,價錢偏貴,唯有退而求其次,找一個舒適的地方堂食就算了。BRICK LANE就是一個不錯的選擇,可以預先電話預約,亦有lunch set提供,包括餐湯、前菜、主菜和飲品。小編叫了叄峇焗龍脷柳($175),餐前沙律非常新鮮,配上輕盈的柚子醋,吃起來好開胃。主菜龍脷柳比較淋身,雖然有煎香過但吃起來還是比較嫩滑,外皮不太脆,喜歡香脆魚皮的朋友可能要失望了。醬汁是用番茄打碎的紅醬,吃到啖啖番茄,和龍脷柳好相配。一旁的配菜份量不多,但勝左有調味和焗過,口感和味道都不錯。值得一讚的是侍應好殷勤和主動地加水,也會主動詢問有沒有需要的東西,服務態度真的不錯。
