 釜山特色4道菜Fine Dining OOULI (銅鑼灣)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~平時韓國菜就食得多,但釜山菜仲要係Fine Dining 香港真係少見,今次黎到主打釜山Fine Dining 既OOULI試下佢地既4道菜午餐($538 /位)~~(1) course :Deul Kkae-Juk 是韓國特色粥配米通,由韓國當造蔬菜,韓牛,新鮮蜆肉烹調15小時嘅傳統特色粥~粥入面有濃厚蜆肉同埋韓牛嘅味道,再配上米通,口感一流~(2) couse : Jilli-Tang  是由海鮮清湯配上烤釜山鮑魚,第二度菜啖啖龍口海鮮湯味,另外湯上面充滿泡泡(口感上比較特別)~~(3) course:Jan Chi 烤韓國頂級韓牛, 第三道菜係main course,有四款可以供客人選擇,而我就選擇咗韓牛,頂級韓牛有口感,熟度剛好~(4)course: JinSu Sung Chen 釜山自家農田珍珠米飯配鰻魚湯加五種時令特色釜山伴菜~呢一道菜係最特別,特製嘅米飯香甜有口感,把基本嘅食材做得非常有特色,再配上48小時鰻魚湯,另外有五款伴菜可以送飯,絕對係釜山特色~~~

平時韓國菜就食得多,但釜山菜仲要係Fine Dining 香港真係少見,今次黎到主打釜山Fine Dining 既OOULI試下佢地既4道菜午餐($538 /位)~~


(1) course :Deul Kkae-Juk 是韓國特色粥配米通,由韓國當造蔬菜,韓牛,新鮮蜆肉烹調15小時嘅傳統特色粥~粥入面有濃厚蜆肉同埋韓牛嘅味道,再配上米通,口感一流~
