唔介意得罪講句,其實呢間初初開果陣我唔係太睇好,雖然釜飯專門店響香港好少見,但普通款式都同魚生飯差唔多甚至再貴啲,其實都幾唔吸引,但今次食落又覺得唔錯。佢主餐牌有分基本單餸同多餸版,兩者價錢都差唔少,但多餸版除咗餸料多幾款之外,仲會有埋刺身煮物同生果,前兩者質素都唔差的。至於兩者都有嘅前菜中,最注目一定係個茶碗蒸,呢個蒸蛋都算大手筆,有蟹肉三文魚籽同黑松露,三樣取材個味都強烈,困住入個蒸蛋度個味變到好複雜下,唔係唔好味,但真係好複雜😌至於主角釜飯其實透過廚房個大窗都可以見到哂佢點整,白米加湯再直接燒個釜咁煲熟啲飯,因為用湯而唔係用水煲,所以個飯都幾香,而且有啲啲飯焦,鐘意食煲仔飯嘅應該都會愛上呢個日式煲仔飯。餸料全部都幾高質,蟹肉好甜鰻魚又好滑,唔錯,而且見佢好似細細煲但個底其實好深,食得都好飽下。

至於主角釜飯其實透過廚房個大窗都可以見到哂佢點整,白米加湯再直接燒個釜咁煲熟啲飯,因為用湯而唔係用水煲,所以個飯都幾香,而且有啲啲飯焦,鐘意食煲仔飯嘅應該都會愛上呢個日式煲仔飯。餸料全部都幾高質,蟹肉好甜鰻魚又好滑,唔錯,而且見佢好似細細煲但個底其實好深,食得都好飽下。
