To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

常常網上見到一間明言支持香港警察嘅撐警餐廳，常常都想找時間去睇下，去試下。琴日就捉左家姐去鯉魚門行下，走下，順道去試下。去到銀龍門口第一眼見到嘅係老闆娘Kate姐（紙板），入到去（必須打左針牙），地方細細但唔洗10分鐘都已經有位，入面嘅店員十分有善，好有禮貌，有空閒仲會同食客談天說地，見着四圍嘅設計（同警察有關），加上店員嘅有善服務，給我一種安全感美食方面，腐乳多士、熱奶茶同布丁是必須嘗試的。相信必定不會後悔。
