放假時候,偶爾會去搵啲米芝蓮餐廳試試,咁啱呢間米芝蓮二星餐廳裝修主調係我鍾意嘅🌺💖🌷粉紅色🎀👙🦩就Book左去食lunch,Book嘅時候要過數比訂,想試Pigeon Foie Gras Pie就要另外加 $680+10%,又係要兩日上網訂定同埋過數,感覺上未食你餐飯已經一身銅臭💸💰💵來一個法式軟包,用上紫菜麵豉,配以明太子牛油,麵豉味好香濃但老實說我硬係覺得怪怪地,包身好油😟北海道八爪魚🐙配上壽司飯外型非常日本!味道一般般,但賣相幾靚第一道菜係吞拿魚pancake,上面Wasabi下面Sour cream,咬落成件都軟腍腍另外魚骨湯,呈最美妙嘅乳白色鮮味濃郁,但入量好少,令人意猶未盡第二道Scallop帶子煎得香口,外脆內遠,因食材新鮮,咬落去滿口海鮮味配有鯊魚子,牛蒡,擺碟很豐盛深色嘅係白麵豉souce,淺色嘅係雅枝竹souce, 經輕烤雅枝竹皮異常好食,好似一啲烤到好脆嘅蔬菜片咁,但味道很香第三道Pigeon Foie Gras Pie米芝蓮二星餐廳整呢一類菜唔會令人失望外皮烤得很香口,切開入邊都冇濕淋淋乳鴿肉嫩滑,呈嫩嫩的粉紅色,批料再有鵝肝,黑松露雞醬等等味道好有層次,且用料

就Book左去食lunch,
Book嘅時候要過數比訂,
想試Pigeon Foie Gras Pie
就要另外加 $680+10%,

感覺上未食你餐飯已經一身銅臭💸💰💵

來一個法式軟包,用上紫菜麵豉,
配以明太子牛油,麵豉味好香濃
但老實說我硬係覺得怪怪地,包身好油😟

北海道八爪魚🐙配上壽司
外型非常日本!味道一般般,但賣相幾靚

第一道菜係吞拿魚pancake,
上面Wasabi下面Sour cream,
咬落成件都軟腍腍
另外魚骨湯,呈最美妙嘅乳白色
鮮味濃郁,但入量好少,令人意猶未盡

第二道Scallop
帶子煎得香口,外脆內遠,
因食材新鮮,咬落去滿口海鮮味
配有鯊魚子,牛蒡,擺碟很豐盛
深色嘅係白麵豉souce,
淺色嘅係雅枝竹souce,
經輕烤雅枝竹皮異常好食,
好似一啲烤到好脆嘅蔬菜片咁,但味道很香

第三道Pigeon Foie Gras Pie
米芝蓮二星餐廳整呢一類菜唔會令人失望
外皮烤得很香口,切開入邊都冇濕淋淋
乳鴿肉嫩滑,呈嫩嫩的粉紅色,
批料再有鵝肝,黑松露雞醬等等
味道好有層次,且用料矜貴,欣賞一流
但我覺得兩個人食好膩

最後一道Soy Milk
係豆腐sorbet ,另有腐竹搽蜜糖炸
配上白朱古力及咸蛋crumbs
以黑豆甜醬油作點綴
呢個甜品豆味一流,sorbet做到好滑
但食法國菜食到炸腐竹,都幾驚喜

最後上嘅係Madeleine同埋小餅乾
Madeleine味道不過不失,
唔會太甜,甜味適中外糖味亦香

Arbor主要挑選源自日本的食材
配上法式烹調技術呈現食材特質及廚師高超手藝
做法細緻但略嫌過於花巧,
每一道菜都感受到廚師嘅力度
但味道總係覺得太複雜,一道菜用料太多,
其實令我幾混亂,呢餐唔係我個人喜歡嘅,
就算係米芝蓮二星都真係無咩計🙂
