嚟到位於銅鑼灣嘅顏府御膳,呢度裝修精緻,坐位夠哂寬敞舒適。金沙脆豆腐:豆腐外脆內嫩,令人一食上癮。青瓜海蜇頭:青瓜夠哂清新清爽,海蜇頭爽口,調味得宜,帶有點點嘅辣味,非常之惹味。保健老火湯:是日嘅老火湯用咗紅蘿蔔,雞腳同螺頭煲製,夠哂清甜滋潤,好啱秋天乾燥嘅時候飲。蟹肉桂花炒瑤柱:入面除咗有份量頗多嘅蟹肉,仲有蛋白,瑤柱,銀芽等配料,火候控制得宜,食材唔會太老但食得出鑊氣好足,而味道就因為有瑤柱同蟹肉,鮮甜味十足。羊肚耳珍菌濃湯浸時蔬:濃湯夠哂鮮甜,令到時蔬索哂湯汁,變得更加清甜,而加埋各種嘅菌類,令口感味道都變得更豐富。
