今日放工去食咗間個名好有趣嘅日本料理,叫酒津,環境有鬼太郎特色,幾有日本feel。我哋叫咗油甘魚刺身,厚切勁有咬,味道清新、油脂重;帶子刺身就因為挨住青檸片放,有檸香,好refreshing,加上帶子本身都好新鮮,有海水香。牛脷$48一串,聞落去好香,食落彈牙有咬口,而且油香豐富,肉質鮮美,值得一試。銀魚西京燒入口滑溜,味道香濃,醬汁帶有微微甜味,令人回味。冷烏冬配上濃郁嘅海膽同新鮮嘅松葉蟹,加上大大隻嘅蝦肉,口感豐富,海膽味突出、蟹肉新鮮而且足料,起碼唔會得啲碎肉、蝦肉刺身意外地好夾個烏冬,另外都幾欣賞佢嘅煙燻,係令到成件事得到一個昇華。黑松露炸雞係唔錯嘅佐酒小食,黑松露味唔會搶到風頭,但炸得香脆,而且雞件大件,非常滿足。
