To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 走到銅鑼灣，正值TEA TIME! 夜少少會食個BIG DINNER~ 所以食個SMALL LUNCH先~未來過18GRAM，一直都係睇見OPENRICE既食家話呢度既咖啡好好飲！呢排我都迷上咖啡(除左espresso)，好鐘意放假就去搵cafe hea坐hea食tea!! 終於走到這裏了！18gram舖面不大，甚至可以叫很細小！廚房比舖面好像大一點兒.... 我對香蕉無乜好感，就叫個是日蛋糕SET $48，揀左個"杏仁醬餡原粒松子仁撻"，同埋叫杯LATTE。原來有奶類的只會計半價，好吧，無所謂，咁即係幾錢？$14！TOTAL $62. 揀好坐低等食。撻先上，食第一啖已經想放棄，個皮實在係太濕同埋唔鬆脆，同埋都幾厚皮。唉，呢度出名咖啡，不過希望CAKE都唔係咁差。LATTE其實我覺得可以再好D，D泡打得好細，入口都好幼滑，味道不錯。不過我覺得CREMA好似滑D好味D~

撻先上，食第一啖已經想放棄，個皮實在係太濕同埋唔鬆脆，同埋都幾厚皮。唉，呢度出名咖啡，不過希望CAKE都唔係咁差。

Other Info. : 其實，我食食下周圍望，見到個CAKE原來係$32，我再諗下杯咖啡$28，加埋先$60，佢咁樣計法收我$62。不過收左就算，但係我認為應該要倒塞呢個問題。如果老闆見到呢篇野可以諗下，其他食家都可以作個參考喇~ 第一次食野跟SET係貴過散叫。。。
