同朋友喺銅鑼灣行完街之後,喺附近搵咗間茶餐廳,打算平平哋食個晚餐。餐廳嘅選擇好多,有中式、西式、日式、韓式,體現左香港茶餐廳嘅百搭精神,咩都有啲😂。同朋友兩個人叫咗兩個餐同一個小食,蔥油雞扒撈丁配餐飲($50)、牛油帶子意粉配餐湯、沙律、餐飲($80)加蜜糖雞翼($45)。蔥油雞扒撈丁,雞扒大大塊,煎香之後上面配有蔥油,所謂嘅蔥油其實就係食燒味配嘅薑蔥蓉,夠晒香口,仲配埋甜豉油,夠晒重口味,加強大家味蕾上嘅刺激。整體配搭邪惡之餘都幾好味,而且以晚餐來講,價錢唔貴,都算值得一試。至於牛油帶子意粉,落足牛油去煮個意粉,牛油味香濃,令到個意粉非常好食,唯一可惜左少少嘅係,帶子過煎而帶點燒焦味,影響咗整體味道,不過我諗改善咗呢一點都相當唔錯。而蜜糖雞翼,表面煎到好香口,配埋蜜糖無得輸!

蔥油雞扒撈丁,雞扒大大塊,煎香之後上面配有蔥油,所謂嘅蔥油其實就係食燒味配嘅薑蔥蓉,夠晒香口,仲配埋甜豉油,夠晒重口味,加強大家味蕾上嘅刺激。整體配搭邪惡之餘都幾好味,而且以晚餐來講,價錢唔貴,都算值得一試。
