好朋友11月生日,我上網睇到銅鑼灣有間圖書館裝修既精緻法國餐lunch set 性價比好高,第一次食Fine dining 一定要著靚小小出席先。我哋食左:4 course Meal 💰468 for one 🍴French Duck Breast Tartare呢個菜式造型好吸精,面頭插滿左不同既鮮花💐薄薄既春卷皮包住滿滿既鴨肉,鴨肉係肉絲。🍴Cedar Smoked Salmon & Raw Tuna煙燻三文魚加埋香草做點綴,擺盤仲有荷葉同埋鮮花好有心思。🍴Hummus & Artichoke Bisque濃滑既湯係鷹嘴豆泥菜薊攪拌,冇草青味。🍴Red Wood Charcoal Grilled U.S Prime Beef 🥩 Flank Steak (Medium Well)x2牛肉油脂分布平均,肥瘦均稱。薯菜口感似千層糕,兩邊輕輕一煎,面頭仲有幾塊白松露超級正。🍴Chestnuts 濃濃既栗子撻配以金箔更矜貴,栗子撻入邊加有輕微的酒做點綴。🍴Lemongrass Mango Mousse Cake芒果慕絲蛋糕做型精緻,芒果,配埋檸檬草口感清新。Earl Grey Tea ☕️
