基層打工仔甘岩黎銅鑼灣做野,lunch time 搵餐食當然為荷包煩惱,見到呢間小店老闆系門口熱情招待,價錢都平民,一於試下伏唔伏。同同事一人叫了一碗牛肉粉。因唔太舒服決定唔食辣,我叫了紅燒牛肉粉 ,同事叫了紅油牛肉粉。今日Lunch 比較遲加上假日,店內唔系好多客,老闆好健談不停同我地吹水介紹。因為即煮米線,所以等了15mins, 一上台我地其實無咩分別,後來問過老闆先分到。先講下清湯湯底十分香,落足料煲,原來系有3種骨,豬骨雞骨和牛骨 每日都不停煲煮20分鐘,真係好夠味。而米粉,其實姐系米線的樣子,但食落彈牙好多,幾有趣,老闆話呢個系貴州運過來,香港無得買。一聽佢同埋班夥計既口音就真系相信佢地系地道貴州人,利申我未去過貴州也不是貴州人。成碗份量都好多牛肉和份。牛肉系用牛展,慢煮至淋身,入口還有少少彈牙,但牛肉鮮美,食唔到雪藏味, d 肉超多,食極都有甘。真當我想食下朋友個紅油牛肉粉湯底,老闆提議我先飲口苦丁茶。原來食完辣野飲苦丁茶同無食辣野飲既口感果然好唔一樣! 平時就甘飲 先苦後甘,甘味停留在嘴裡,但當食完辣野再飲苦丁茶,沒有苦味只有甘味。食辣野加一杯凍既苦丁茶真系爽啊! 朋友的
