To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日返學放飯時同朋友冇地方好去，有個就提議去銅鑼灣佢屋企附近有間餐廳幾推薦，幾好食嘅，食米線嘅。反正唔知食咩好，就跟佢啦。就去咗呢間雲桂香米線專門店。其實呢間都幾受歡迎，我哋一入坐慢慢就開始又係咁有好多白領同自由行嘅人入嚟。我就叫咗個重慶酸辣粉加肥牛，中辣，凍奶茶。我啲frds叫嘅就唔講啦，佢哋都唔比我影相。酸辣粉真心好好食，就算係中辣都未至於頂唔順，不過酸係夠嘅，辣度下次可以升級到大辣。個薯粉都好滑好韌，正呀！個肥牛就普通咗啲啦，香係好香嘅，不過就硬咗啲，比較有咬勁，唔夠軟熟。成個粉總體嚟講係值得推薦嘅，驚辣嘅人可以叫少辣。

酸辣粉真心好好食，就算係中辣都未至於頂唔順，不過酸係夠嘅，辣度下次可以升級到大辣。個薯粉都好滑好韌，正呀！個肥牛就普通咗啲啦，香係好香嘅，不過就硬咗啲，比較有咬勁，唔夠軟熟。成個粉總體嚟講係值得推薦嘅，驚辣嘅人可以叫少辣。
