最近神燈海鮮酒家喺銅鑼灣開咗間新分店,環境好舒適,坐得都幾舒服,上菜速度都幾快,侍應態度熱情細心。滷水豬生腸($158):爽口彈牙,滷水味夠濃,完全唔腥,蘸埋甜醬芥辣仲過癮,超好食! 涼拌豬腳筋($98):爽脆又夠清新,仲有好多膠原蛋白添!蜜汁脆燒鱔($278):個皮脆卜卜,鱔肉又嫩滑彈牙,蜜汁甜甜哋好惹味!黑松露玻璃燒鵝(1/4隻,$238):係今次嘅亮點!燒鵝皮呈亮黑色,做到皮脆肉嫩,食落仲有陣黑松露嘅香味,真係值回票價!糯米炒膏蟹($588):係佢哋嘅招牌菜,果然名不虛傳!蟹膏好多,同糯米飯炒埋一齊,香噴噴,勁好食!份量又夠多,啱晒同朋友share!最後,荷香萱威麒麟雞($188)都幾好味,雞肉嫩滑,除咗有陣荷葉嘅清香,仲有咸香嘅火腿同埋香菇,口感幾特別。

最後,荷香萱威麒麟雞($188)都幾好味,雞肉嫩滑,除咗有陣荷葉嘅清香,仲有咸香嘅火腿同埋香菇,口感幾特別。
