同妹妹去銅鑼灣行街食lunch,選擇了高級日本料理💞曜。坐卡位十分舒服👍點了午市御膳menu的A4和牛丼及刺身定食。前菜:花膠雞湯果凍配酸汁,開胃。刺身6點包括伊佐木、大拖羅、鱈魚、鯖魚、帶子及牡丹蝦,主要來自北海道同九州,非常新鮮, 尤其鯖魚油份高,好肥美😍💕配一碗黃金和牛炒飯,滿足。A4和牛丼充滿牛香,油脂豐富。鱲魚湯同赤蝦湯各一。🐟前者由黃腳鱲加蜜柑鯛一齊煮兩小時,呈奶白色。🦐後者用赤蝦頭熬製,非常濃郁。茶碗蒸有松葉蟹及栗子蓉,有特色。 店員仲話呢度有為客人度身訂做menu服務,也有獨立房間可以唱k,下次特別日子再來食。👍
