今日去到銅鑼灣食呢間黑門水產,裝修得非常靚,室內空間亦好大同有日本特色,出邊仲有魚缸非常之新鮮!我地叫左磯燒榮螺,個壚笑得好快,而且火候控制得好,佢可以到加海鮮汁或者原味,燒完之後可以一次過飲,真係好正黑門甲羅燒上面有隻鵪鶉蛋,將佢撈勻之後非常之鮮味,唔會過咸/ 甜,配埋餅乾,加少少蒜頭,食落有唔同嘅層次,有餅干脆卜卜,蟹膏既咸香同魚子既口感!深海池魚薄切刺身擺盤啲都非常之吸引,魚呢度得切非常之薄,可以見到師傅嘅功架鬼海老天反卷有天婦羅蝦,魚子, 沙律醬等等~份量都幾大,食落內熱外冷,脆脆地又濕濕地!我哋仲叫咗一個壽司拼盤,好多都係醬油漬同埋衫鞋嘅選擇亦都非常之多,建議大家想感受一下日本風情同埋居酒屋嘅風味都可以過嚟
