首先,最左手邊嘅係大家成日都聽嘅岩手黎嘅令和之怪物,因為好大隻而聞名,佢食落係係爽口嘅。而且有淡淡嘅海水味,而蠔本身嘅味道唔算重,作為Starter係唔錯嘅選擇。

之後我地食左二果隻,係北海道知內產嘅蠔,size比令和之怪物細同薄身啲,食落嘅口感都係爽口嘅,
但呢個味道真係比較令和之怪物濃!

第三隻我地食嘅係右三嘅黎自宮城嘅女川蠔,size比之前嘅兩隻都要細,但唔好睇小佢,佢嘅蠔味係比之前兩隻咁濃,而且口感完全唔同,係走creamy路線嘅!

最後我地就食最右果隻都係黎自同樣係宮城嘅獨眼龍,呢隻不得之了,係我地全晚至愛,原因首先係佢嘅size係同令和之怪物差唔多,但蠔味佢係最濃嘅一隻,而且極度creamy同juicy,係咬落會爆汁果隻,呢個口感真係唔係一般生蠔俾到你,超推薦👍🏻

黎得居酒屋除左叫生蠔,點可以唔叫其他野食,我地叫左個胡麻油甘魚刺身醒下胃先,油甘魚好新鮮同肥美,沾上胡麻醬,絕對係一個開胃嘅好配搭!

之後我地叫左個居酒屋成日食嘅玉子免治雞肉🐥,呢間嘅免治雞肉係肉丸咁上,好適合沾底下濃濃嘅蛋黃,燒汁加上蛋黃嘅味道,令免治雞肉嘅味道昇華😋

之後我地想食啲主食,因為我好鐘意海膽,所以叫左個海膽忌廉意大利麵,濃濃嘅忌廉意大利麵上,真係有完整嘅新鮮嘅海膽,除左儀式感十足外,亦令成碟意大利麵有海洋嘅鮮味,讚👍🏻

之後我地仲叫左個唔係度度有嘅廣島蠔拉麵,清湯拉麵嘅上面跟左五隻肥美嘅廣島蠔,真係食落淡淡都係蠔味,貫徹居油屋用蠔做嘅主題!

黎居酒屋當然要叫野飲,我地叫左杯熊本甜橙燒耐酌梳打同博多甜王草莓梳打,兩邊嘅果味都好濃郁,加上梳打同燒酌,超爽!Happy Thursday🍻
