宜家開左咁多Omakase,都要有人介紹食過有保證有口碑先敢試試😌今次來銅鑼灣「舍Homakase」都係朋友介紹,特別話佢哋啲日本貨係超級新鮮🤤師傅好有經驗👨🏻🍳食lunch通常都抵啲,咁我就趁放假一早book定😛揀左壽司定食,有十貫壽司、沙律、茶碗蒸、甜品。餐廳環境簡約無造作浮誇的裝飾,但係俾人有好舒適的感覺。師傅亦都好好傾😛有咩唔明或者好奇想知嘅嘢問佢都有問必答,講得好詳細☝🏻🔸壽司定食10貫$450沙律個醬汁都幾特別,面頭有炸蒜,另外落左黑醋、蜜糖,又惹味又開胃。柚子汁瑤柱茶碗蒸 蒸蛋好滑,加入左木耳、銀杏、小貝柱、燒年糕、柚子皮,十分豐富。🍣十貫壽司🍣有左口魚壽司、活赤貝、帶子、手釣池魚、深海池魚、右口魚裙邊、甜蝦四重奏、拖羅、北海道厚岸市馬糞海膽、拖羅薄脆片🍣食材新鮮就固之然啦,師傅對唔同的刺身用唔同的食材或醬汁配搭都好重要🤔唔件件講喇,呢間真心要去食!重點講幾件,例如活赤貝加左青檸汁,夠爽口又清新;燒過的帶子加上山葵漬,拎上手仲熱,十分鮮甜;深海池魚肉質鮮嫩肥美加上三星漬,味道大大提升👍🏻❗️重中之重❗️「舍Homakase」的Signature:🍣甜蝦四重奏🦐💯⭐️係餐廳的Si

🍣甜蝦四重奏🦐💯⭐️
係餐廳的Signature💯底係原隻開邊甜蝦,接住係蝦肉、燒蝦頭膏、最面係炒乾櫻花蝦的粉末。蝦肉膠質爆棚相當黏口,蝦頭膏濃郁的味道充滿口腔🥺好有層次感,好好食🥰

🍣拖羅薄脆片💯⭐️
係餐廳Signature 之中的Signature😍師傅先燒舌拿魚的皮下脂肪,望住魚油一滴一滴咁逼晒出黎,連同大蔥、芝麻、漬蘿蔔、舌拿魚蓉、舌拿魚碎放左脆口的鱈魚片上食,口感味道都好豐富🥰好想再食呀🥹🥹
