友人知我喜歡食生蠔、海鮮,聽聞銅鑼灣有一間新開的地舖一間小餐廳有抵食新鮮海鮮,還有不少時令生蠔,已經我躍躍欲試,今晚收工後去了此Season Oyster & Wine Bar,它位於信德街14號珀麗酒店旁,店鋪細細,座位就不太多,店中的環境都幾光線足,設有酒櫃,客人可以點些心水的餐酒飲用,還有一個開放式的生蠔吧,客人也可以選擇心水的生蠔,是日有$90隻的時令美國生蠔Yellow Stone,不過我個人就較喜愛食海水味較重的法國蠔,所以我選擇了別的。店員都好nice ,是日介紹了不少法國生蠔,他們都好有耐性地為我們講解,服務真是好熱誠。除了生蠔、海鮮冷盤之外,店中都設有不少熱食小食,例如日本天婦羅蝦、炸流心芝士、芝士牛油焗日本元貝等.....,主食更設有意大利飯、肉醬千層麵、薄餅、黑毛豬等......食物款式都好多元化。一口氣點了兩隻法國的Gillardeau no.1,$29一隻,蠔肉都較肥美,有爽脆細膩的口感,味道較甘甜。另一隻是法國的聖米斯生蠔St. Michel Live Oyster,都是$29一隻,有海水味,蠔身大隻,口感爽脆較前者鹹身。今個月的海鮮拼盤做推廣,原價$398
