朋友帶我到銅鑼灣晚餐~ 來到V-Point極具人氣的火鍋店~ 環境非常精緻舒服,一覽銅鑼灣夜景無遺🥢醉火入鍋:招牌鍋底,色香味俱全~ 中間是半個木瓜做底的湯底,木瓜中加有5隻大蝦。店員上菜時將酒壺點火🔥再倒入鍋中。濃郁酒香四散伴著大蝦,十分滿意另外4格有蕃茄波士頓半隻大龍蝦鍋、胡椒蘿蔔牛腩鍋,四川麻辣鍋,肉骨茶鍋,每款味道都特出🥢黃金炸魚皮:王牌邪惡小食!魚皮酥脆有咬口,鹹蛋黃醬滿滿包圍着每塊炸魚皮。簡直是吃到不能停口🥢頂級安格斯牛小排:精緻且近乎完美雪花式油脂,佈滿每塊牛小排。入鍋後只需要等到半熟就可以入口。油脂口感加上濃郁牛味,簡直令人神魂顛倒🥢手打芝士墨魚丸:口感彈牙,墨魚丸入面包住芝士,好味🥢九菜餃:大粒又好味🥢蜂巢豆腐:有吃著台灣的味道🥢蔬菜拼盤/什菌拼盤:有5、6款不同時令配菜,可以平衡一下🥤竹蔗茅根/ 紫貝天葵:兩款火鍋必備的飲料~ 感覺都是原汁原味無添加~ 冰涼解渴
