平時同朋友去食飯諗食邊間都頭痕,最近見到銅鑼灣有一間新開嘅潮州菜融入酒吧,仲要由米芝蓮名廚主理,好似都幾吸引咁,同埋見價錢都唔貴,就一於決定去試吓食!打開個餐牌,因為都太多選擇嘅關係,就決定同朋友叫個二人餐,我見套餐都包咗好多菜式,每人當只係$228!🍡醃蘿蔔咬落去好脆口,酸酸味味好開胃!但佢罪特別嘅係蘿蔔切法並唔係一條條咁切,佢係不規則形狀三角形咁切,所以咬落去都特別有口感!🍡花生雞腳燉木瓜湯頭好甜,好香木瓜味,飲落口清清地咁幾好!🍡金牌滷水獅頭鵝肉鵝肉比較淡口味同老,但當我揭開面頭果一層嘅底下,鵝肉有少少筋嘅部位反而比較有彈性有𡁻口,好好食!而最底層當然就唔少得有炸豆腐啦!炸豆腐外層比較脆身,塊皮比較有厚度,有啲硬!🍡威士忌酒香鵝肝嚟到就一定要叫呢度嘅signature啦!侍應上菜嘅時候同我地講記得要先篤穿個波波,之後再將威士忌灑落塊鵝肝到,而當我哋張威士忌灑向鵝肝嘅時候,威士忌香味四飛,香到真係好似一朝醉咁!同埋我都係第一次食滷水鵝肝,鵝肝質地好軟熟好滑,完全無腥味!🍡脆炸拼盤配黑松露醬薯條正正係我鍾意嘅類型,外皮夠哂脆口,唔使點醬都已經夠晒!當然配埋黑松露醬更有風味!我會為左呢

🍡脆炸拼盤配黑松露醬

薯條正正係我鍾意嘅類型,外皮夠哂脆口,唔使點醬都已經夠晒!當然配埋黑松露醬更有風味!我會為左呢個薯條返黎encore🤣🤣🤣脆蝦好鬆化,但口味比較淡口,呢個係一定要配上黑松露醬先好食!

另外仲有兩塊外表我初頭以為係米通嘅小食,黃色同白色脆脆嘅配搭,一咬落口,勁香芒果味走出嚟,令我諗起好似煎堆但個餡係芒果醬咁!

米粉炒到好乾身,同時又唔油!但呢碟小菜嘅精髓係佢好香嘅XO醬!平時食開嘅XO醬只會帶有少少的辣味或者帶出少少惹味嘅醬料,但係佢呢度嘅XO醬係帶有蝦嘅蝦香味!

初頭第一次聽白滷水,但上網查過後先知道原來白滷水係指冇放醬油嘅滷水,味道相對上會比較清淡!呢間餐廳嘅白露水係自家調製,而且用於海鮮,味道好襯!

海鮮拼盤包括左右墨魚嘴,大蝦,攞及鮑魚!墨魚咀好軟身,一啲都唔硬,配埋少少辣嘅泰式海鮮汁好鬼惹味!大蝦🍤超級有彈性,好有咬口!鮑魚都好彈牙好軟熟!蛋相反螺可能係因為事先用酒調味過,一入口就好大陣酒味,搶咗本身螺應有嘅鮮味!
