Happy Friday, 基本上係得銅鑼灣食飯都一定要等位,所以誤打誤撞黎到time Squre 10樓,見到Greenhouse唔洗等位,即刻衝入去。今次已經係我第2次黎Greenhouse dinner,上次食過覺得質素都唔差,價錢合理,所以星期五唔洗排隊都幾幸運。前菜: 軟殻蟹流心蛋Caesar Salad, 呢個組合幾特別,而最出色就喺外面炸至金黃香脆但內裹仍然流心嘅流心蛋,比起普通流心蛋口感更有層次。另外軟殻蟹炸得好香脆送上黎仲係熱既,而沙律菜亦好新鮮,呢個沙律好岩唔想食咁齊但又想食吓菜嘅人。小食1:Crispy Truffle Fries,呢個薯條一樣炸得香脆,而最特別就喺個醬喺黑松露沙律醬,味道香濃。小食2: 炸魷魚,呢個不過不失,炸粉夠薄,想同朋友坐耐啲,要黎伴酒傾計都唔錯。小食3:青檸香茅雞翼,炸雞翼上面已經撒上有青寧味嘅辣粉令到雞翼好香口,另外仲有配上酸辣醬,不過呢個酸辣醬就真係有啲辣,本身怕辣嘅唔點醬都好夠味。主食: 香煎蛋皮炒韓式意粉, 呢款絕對喺創意之作, 以韓式醬汁,紅青椒,洋蔥炒意粉;呢款經過調製嘅醬汁冇傳統韓式辣醬咁辣,而且感覺多咗份港式獲氣嘅惹味,
