To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Happy Friday, 基本上係得銅鑼灣食飯都一定要等位，所以誤打誤撞黎到time Squre  10樓，見到Greenhouse唔洗等位，即刻衝入去。今次已經係我第2次黎Greenhouse dinner，上次食過覺得質素都唔差，價錢合理，所以星期五唔洗排隊都幾幸運。前菜： 軟殻蟹流心蛋Caesar Salad， 呢個組合幾特別，而最出色就喺外面炸至金黃香脆但內裹仍然流心嘅流心蛋，比起普通流心蛋口感更有層次。另外軟殻蟹炸得好香脆送上黎仲係熱既，而沙律菜亦好新鮮，呢個沙律好岩唔想食咁齊但又想食吓菜嘅人。小食1：Crispy Truffle Fries，呢個薯條一樣炸得香脆，而最特別就喺個醬喺黑松露沙律醬，味道香濃。小食2： 炸魷魚，呢個不過不失，炸粉夠薄，想同朋友坐耐啲，要黎伴酒傾計都唔錯。小食3：青檸香茅雞翼，炸雞翼上面已經撒上有青寧味嘅辣粉令到雞翼好香口，另外仲有配上酸辣醬，不過呢個酸辣醬就真係有啲辣，本身怕辣嘅唔點醬都好夠味。主食： 香煎蛋皮炒韓式意粉， 呢款絕對喺創意之作， 以韓式醬汁，紅青椒，洋蔥炒意粉；呢款經過調製嘅醬汁冇傳統韓式辣醬咁辣，而且感覺多咗份港式獲氣嘅惹味，

 主食： 香煎蛋皮炒韓式意粉， 呢款絕對喺創意之作， 以韓式醬汁，紅青椒，洋蔥炒意粉；呢款經過調製嘅醬汁冇傳統韓式辣醬咁辣，而且感覺多咗份港式獲氣嘅惹味，再配埋煎蛋皮，味道夠晒fusion。另外呢款炒韓式意粉份量都幾大，我地三個女仔share都覺得好多，所以都幾抵食。

 總括黎講，雖然佢叫Greenhouse，但佢嘅食物一啲都唔清淡，但又真係幾好味。至於環境呢，就真係襯番佢個名，以植物為主題，而坐位間亦好寬敞，絕對可以列入我嘅朋友gathering之選！
