臨近年尾,食餐好嘅慰勞下。同朋友黎到銅鑼灣嘅Bochord。呢度嘅裝修真係好靚,走復古風,仲有兩排書櫃,真係好似入左歐洲嘅古典圖書館入面咁。仲可以眺望到絕美海景,咁靚嘅環境唔怪得咁多人選擇喺到慶生。夜晚點左Tasting menu,足足有8個courses,相當豐富。每一道course都好精緻,食材搭配上又有層次,色香味俱全,好滿意!一開始先有餐包,麵包做到外脆內煙韌有彈性!配basil butter同sea salt butter, 各有風味!Seafood Trio - 前菜黎講好豐富!用海鮮做嘅3款前菜,3層嘅滋味同層次,由淡味食到濃味。以Japanese sea urchin開始,好鮮甜嘅日本海膽,配底層白色嘅海鮮味泡沫同海膽味嘅啫喱,鮮得黎味道淡雅。之後係Spanish Octopus Carpaccio。用八爪魚做出黎嘅薄片,有八爪魚嘅鮮味同爽脆口感,上面有三文魚籽等材料增添鹹鮮。最後係Aged Daurenki Tsar Imperial Cavier & Smoked Eel Mousse。呢款係最濃味,矜貴嘅魚子醬配充滿煙燻香嘅Eel mousse,又滑又鮮又有煙燻嘅

賣相擺盤都好靚。Mousse cake有好突出嘅柚子酸爽清香,伴碟嘅紅茶cream都好重茶香,搭配埋一齊好好味!


另外都試左呢度嘅cocktails,呢度cocktails嘅選擇都好多!
店員推介左兩杯比較啱女士口味嘅cocktails,分別係The Honey Thief同Blueberry。

兩杯果然都好易入口而且層次豐富!
特別中意Blueberry嗰款,尤其係面頭嘅salted cheese foam簡直係畫龍點睛,好似飲緊cocktail版嘅blueberry cheesecake咁,好中意!
